Great flavour!
It's not often that I get so excited about food that I have to contact the maker, but on this occasion I feel that I must! The Mango Jam that I bought simply had a wonderful taste with that lovely ginger coming through just right. And on your recommendation, I tried it with some mature Cheddar and have been addicted since. Thank you Mango Jam!
